At the end of 2012 I co-founded East London Radio, where I was the operations director until August 2016. During this time I trained and mentored more than 500 volunteers and through my on air strategy listening exceeded 100,000 for the first 18 months (excluding listen again)
From my previous experience in training, volunteering and community participation my radio station East London Radio was used as a case study for best practice volunteering and training within the creative sector
