    Founded East London Radio

    At the end of 2012 I co-founded East London Radio, where I was the operations director until August 2016. During this time I trained and mentored more than 500 volunteers and through my on air strategy listening exceeded 100,000 for the first 18 months (excluding listen again)

    Creative Skillset case study for best practice

    From my previous experience in training, volunteering and community participation my radio station East London Radio was used as a case study for best practice volunteering and training within the creative sector

    CIPD certificate in designing and delivery learning interventions

    Learning and Development specialist, I have utilised this certification within my roles at PPLUK, East London Radio and most recently at the General Pharmaceutical Council

    Fellowship – Royal Society Arts

    It was a pleasure to accept a fellowship from the RSA after being kindly nominated for my training, community engagement and training work.

This module was developed as part of the ‘DevelopMEnt’ soft skills programme I created for colleagues internally at the General Pharmaceutical Council and covers CBT techniques as well as automatic thought processes to allow self reflection.


Effective facilitation (train the trainer)

Effective facilitation provides participants with an overview of training concepts and in particular project management strategies using ADDIE to create agreedĀ training for delivery.
